It applies to personal information we collect via this website (qmsndt.com.au) and through the conduct of our inspection, NDT, mechanical testing, coatings and asset remediation services.

  • Performing inspection, NDT, mechanical testing, coating and remediation work, and issuing the resulting reports and certificates;
  • Maintaining our NATA-accredited quality management system, including traceability and audit records under ISO/IEC 17025:2017;
  • Invoicing, payment processing, and credit control;
  • Recruitment and supplier pre-qualification;
  • Complying with legal obligations, including obligations under WHS legislation, the Defence Trade Controls Act 2012, security regimes (where applicable) and Australian taxation laws;
  • Securing this website and detecting fraudulent or abusive activity;
  • Sending direct marketing about our services where you have opted in or where you would reasonably expect us to use your information for that purpose.
